PlayStation Plus Games for June 2022

From God of War to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, here’s every game coming to PlayStation Plus in June.

By: Evan1Sonic. For anyone unaware, if you have a subscription to PlayStation Plus, then for a limited time, you can get and download these games for free. You will only be unable to play them if you don't have the subscription in the future, but if you leave and return, they will be waiting for you. The descriptions of these games are from the PlayStation Blog post revealing what games are coming to Plus this month. You can play PS4 games on a PS5, but they won't be optimized for the PS5. All of the games listed below will be available to claim from June 7th, 2022, to July 4th, 2022. Now on with the games!

God of War - PS4 is an action adventure game from Santa Monica Studio. “Living as a man outside the shadow of the gods, Kratos must adapt to unfamiliar lands, unexpected threats, and a second chance at being a father. Together with his son Atreus, the pair will venture into the brutal Norse wilds and fight to fulfill a deeply personal quest. This staggering reimagining of God of War combines all the hallmarks of the iconic series – epic boss fights, fluid combat, and breathtaking scale – and fuses them with a powerful and moving narrative that re-establishes Kratos’ world.” If you haven't played God of War yet, I highly recommend you give it a try as it's an incredible game.

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker - PS4 is an action fighting game from Soleil. “The Naruto franchise goes 4 vs. 4, featuring team-based gameplay with 8 ninjas fighting simultaneously. Players cooperate as a team of four to compete against other teams online. Graphically, Shinobi Striker is also built from the ground up in a completely new graphic style. Lead your team and fight online to see who the best ninjas are.” If you’re a fan of Naruto or Boruto, this looks like a great fighter with the ninja crew.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl - PS4 and PS5 is a fighting game from Ludosity and Fair Play Labs. “Brawl it out as your favorite Nickelodeon characters in bombastic platform battles. With a power-packed cast of heroes from the Nickelodeon universe, face-off with all-stars from SpongeBob Squarepants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Loud House, Danny Phantom, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, The Wild Thornberrys, Hey Arnold!, Rugrats, and more to determine ultimate animation dominance. With unique move sets and attacks inspired by their personalities, each character has an individual style of play enabling endless action for Nickelodeon’s legion of fans.” If you’ve ever wanted to see a fight between SpongeBob and Arnold, then this is the fighter game for you.
