The First Trailer for HBO's The Last of Us was Released

The First Trailer for The Last of Us Show is Finally Here

By: Evan1Sonic. HBO has released the first trailer for their television show, The Last of Us, which is an adaptation of the Naughty Dog game of the same title.

This teaser provides close to two minutes of clips that give solid glimpses into the upcoming adaptation. It doesn't deliver a premiere date, but it does show how Joel (Pedro Pascal) and Ellie (Bella Ramsey) manage to survive in the post-apocalyptic world. It also shows glimpses of humanity's demise comparable to those in the game's opening and gives us a brief look at a Clicker.

This show is led by Naughty Dog Co-President Neil Druckmann and Craig Mazin of Chernobyl fame. Troy Baker and Ashley Johnson, who play Joel and Ellie, will both also appear in the show, as was revealed during Summer Game Fest. They won't just be featured as a cameo appearance, as they'll seemingly play important roles.
